SHIPPING POLICIES

Please review our policies below for information on your shipping information.



USA Shipping & Returns

Items marked final sale cannot be returned. Exchange for credit only, no refunds. A Return Authorization Number must be requested within 14 days of the delivered merchandise. The item(s) returned must still be NEW...not be worn, altered or washed and have original tags still attached. Shipping fees are not refundable. Prior authorization is necessary before returning merchandise. The return authorization must be affixed and/or written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service providing a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a Return Authorization Number that do not comply with the above instructions will not be honored. All return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Walker Wear reserves the right to charge additional shipping charges if more than one shipment of credited merchandise.



INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All returned items should be declared as a "Return of USA Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that do not have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees. Customer must pay brokerage fees, taxes and all shipping cost.



FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped by UPS. Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipping and 5-10 business days for flat rate basic shipping of $15.00. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. APO and FPO addresses will be charged an additional $9.50 shipping fee and shipped out USPS. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package, otherwise your order may be returned. You will receive emails directly from FEDEX to give updates on your states, so make sure to check your spam folders.

If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be automatically issued back to your credit card or Paypal account within two to three business days. Please hold on to your gift cards or prepaid credit cards.



SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES

All shipping services used by Walker Wear provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted, unless otherwise requested. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the shipping cost if the actual shipping cost charged by shipping company is higher then our estimated cost billed (not including handling fees). Please allow Walker Wear products to ship within 72 hours, weekends not included. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days, please email us to inquire about your estimated shipping date.
